In other words, the two new platforms are based on TSMC’s latest 4nm process, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 uses a 1+2+2+3 quad-cluster with Adreno 740 GPU design, while the Dimensity 9200 is a conventional 1+3+ 4 Tri-cluster with Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU.
According to the blogger @Digital Chat Station, the first batch of new flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen2 filings are almost ready, and two manufacturers will be the first to release them at the end of November. The first release date is about November 22. There will also be two models in early December. The approximate launch date for these models is December 2nd and December 3rd.
